If you're coming to Medellín for a dental or cosmetic procedure, getting to your appointments shouldn't be one more worry. After a consultation or a surgery, the last thing you want is to wait on a street corner for a taxi or explain an address in Spanish to an app driver.
Book a verified bilingual driver by the hour: they take you to the clinic, wait nearby while you're inside and bring you back to your hotel or recovery house when you're done. You set the pace and the stops. For your arrival, your driver meets you at the airport with a sign with your name.

Safety & booking FAQ
Can my driver wait while I'm at the clinic?
Yes. Book the hourly service (4-hour minimum): your driver waits nearby while you're inside and picks you up when you're done, then takes you wherever you need to go next.
Do I have to tell you about my procedure?
No. We only need pickup times and addresses. If something would help your driver (for example, that you'll need a little more time getting into the car), you can add it in the booking notes, but it's optional.
Is this medical transport?
No. It's a private driver service, not an ambulance or a nurse. Follow your surgeon's instructions about travelling after your procedure, and if you need medical assistance during the ride, book a medical transport service.
Can a family member or companion ride with me?
Yes. The standard car takes up to 4 passengers; for bigger groups you can choose a larger vehicle when booking.
Can you pick me up at the airport and take me to my recovery house?
Yes. Book an airport transfer to any address in the metro area, or start an hourly or full-day service at the airport if you need to make stops on the way.
What if my surgery date changes?
Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup and you get 100% back, then book your new date.
